I would like to express my thanks to Leigh for delivering the 1st BTEC Level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment. I completed this 6 week course as part of my resettlement, and it ticked all the boxes.
The course has given me the theory in foundation and building design, interior and exterior finishes, construction techniques and legislation. Coupled with this to reinforce the knowledge, I found the site visits that were organised of great use and the practical aspects of the course were invaluable.
I feel more than confident with my new skills to set up as a handy man, build an extension or safely carry out work on my own home.
I thoroughly recommend this course to anyone.
Jonathan Wood, RAF
